Terms and Conditions

Delivery 

Delivery begins at 9 :00 Am and will continue until all the deliveries have been completed , Businesses & Schools will be deliverd first followed by homes. To ensure same day delivery please place your order before 12:00 PM (EST) to help assure On-time delivery the busy holiday season place your order at least 2 day (s) prior to the following major holidays : Valentine's Day, Mother's Day , Memorial Day , Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years. Orders received after this time and International orders are generally delivered the following day for an additional delivery charge.

Drivers may leave the flowers at the door if your recipient is not  home and if weather allows  it. If you do not  want the flower arrangement to be left outside, please instruct otherwise when placing the order. If drivers are not able to leave the gift we will re-deliver the following day. 
We are unable to accept responsibility for non delivery if you have supplied the incorrect address or phone number.
There are no refunds in delivery fees if the recipient choose to pick up flower/gifts, however we will add the value of the deliver fee to the flowers or gift 

Care 

The average lifespan of a cut floral arrangement is between 3 to 7 days. Cut flowers should be givin fresh water daily. Keep flowers in cool spot,away from direct sunlight,heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of radiators to help ensure longest life spand. Bear in mind that all flowers, plants are living things and it is the respondability of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided to ensure longest life . 

Refunds/Returns Policy

As flowers are perishable goods and have limited shelf life ,all sales are non-refundable . Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided . If you are unsatisfied with your arrangement please call us within a 24 hour period of the purchase for fresh flowers and 10 days for plants  for a replacement .Please Include photos so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy accordingly. We DO NOT  provide refunds, but we will be able to replace them with a fresh arrangement  or store credit NO CASH . Upon redelivery we'll take the previous arrangement that didn't satisfy you so please do not send them to the trash .

Sales Tax Information

Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.625%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.in addition a 3.5% credit card convenience fee will be added 

Order Changes

  • Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently in route to delivery.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us directly at (631)324-8582.
  • We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

 

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another similar color.
 
Feel free to add anything you like to the "special instructions" section, while placing your order. For example, "please do not put any pink fragrant lilies, my mom dislikes the aroma of lilies."
